In Wong, you can play different levels to try the game mechanics. Once you know the mecanics, the goal is to get the best time, to do so, you should memorize and practice the best paths the get a perfect run!

Levels in Wong do not have a right way of getting beat, only ones that are faster, and ones that are slower!
